The initial concepts

I.A Solutions were engaged to complete the reglazing of two 300kg glass panels on a central Wellington high-rise occupied by Deloitte. The project required specialist rigging and glazing expertise combined with advanced rope access methods to safely handle oversized panels in a busy city environment.

Execution and delivery

Our rope access rigging team carefully lifted, manoeuvred, and replaced the panels without the need for costly cranage. By applying specialist glazing skills and precise access techniques, the project was delivered with minimal disruption to the public. Roads and pedestrian access remained open throughout, while Deloitte’s operations continued without interruption. The outcome demonstrates I.A Solutions’ ability to integrate trade-qualified glazing and rigging with rope access to achieve safe, efficient, and high-quality results on complex city projects.
