Infrastructure inspection and maintenance
Bridge, water, tower and tank inspection across New Zealand, from NZTA S6 through to confined space entry. Rope access and drone survey, without closing the asset.

Inspection and maintenance across long asset cycles
Infrastructure assets are managed on long cycles: routine inspection, condition monitoring, protective coating renewal, structural upgrades, and the repairs that come out of them. The parts that matter are usually the hardest and most disruptive to reach. I.A Solutions inspects, maintains and upgrades those assets without taking them out of service, using rope access, drone survey and non-destructive testing. Findings are documented to the standard the asset sits under, including NZTA S6 for bridges.
What we do on infrastructure assets
These cover routine inspection, condition monitoring, and the maintenance and upgrade work that follows. Most scopes combine several, delivered in one mobilisation to reduce access and traffic management cost.
Assets we work on
Most of these assets stay open to the public while we work on them, which shapes both the access method and the timing. We inspect to the standard the asset sits under, including NZTA S6 for bridges, then carry out the concrete, steel, joint and coating repairs that come out of it. Rope access and drone survey remove the under-bridge unit and the lane closure that usually drive the cost.

Why asset owners choose I.A Solutions
Access and documentation drive the cost of infrastructure work. These are the differences that show up in both.

Our accreditations
Bridge inspections are completed by NZIHT trained bridge inspection technicians, and non-destructive testing by technicians holding PCN, AINDT or CSWIP certification. The company is Totika accredited and Impac Prequal assessed.

Who we work for
We work for councils, road controlling authorities, port and infrastructure asset owners, and the engineering consultancies that advise them.
Fifteen years and 340+ projects completed on bridges, reservoirs, transmission towers and tanks, most of it delivered without taking the asset out of service.
Where we work
Our crews work regularly in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Hamilton and Tauranga, and travel to sites throughout New Zealand. Network-wide scopes are planned into a single mobilisation where that reduces travel cost.
